# Add a user to Multiple Stewardship Organizations and Workgroups

1. Select ‘Administrator Tools’ on the Dashboard side panel

2. A page with buttons will be visible, click on ‘Manage Users’.

3. From here, a list of Users in the registry will be visible. Find the name of the person needing access to multiple workgroups. Click on the drop-down menu that says Manage to the right of the name.

4. Select the option in the drop-down menu that says ‘Click Bulk Change Roles’

5. From this page you can add a person to multiple stewardship organisations, workgroups. In addition, you can change their roles. Once you have added all the Organisations, Workgroups and Roles that are required click Save at the bottom of the page.
