Workgroup changes can only be made by an Administrator.
Workgroup change settings can be adjusted to determine what roles are permitted to move metadata items between workgroups.
Select the Aristotle Cloud Dashboard from the left side panel.
Select View registry settings.
From the workgroup changes subheading, the ability of submitters, managers and registry administrators to move metadata items between workgroups can be toggled via the relevant checkboxes. If these checkboxes are left unticked, the relevant role will be unable to move metadata items between workgroups within their Stewardship Organization.
