# Issues and Change Requests

Issues allow users to comment on metadata items and suggest changes to common metadata fields. Issues can also be labelled for improved context/identification.

### Functionalities of Issues and Change Requests <a href="#creating_a_new_issue" id="creating_a_new_issue"></a>

Issues can be:

* Created
* Labelled
* Viewed via the 'All Issues' page.

Change requests can be proposed within an issue.
