Closing and deleting a discussion

A discussion can only be closed or deleted by a Manager of the relevant workgroup, or the user who created it.

When a discussion is no longer needed, it can be closed by either a Manager of the workgroup it belongs to, or the user who initially created it.

How to close or delete a discussion

  1. From the desired workgroup's page, select the 'Discussions' tab.

  1. Select the discussion you wish to close or delete.

  1. If you wish to close the discussion, select 'Close' or 'Close Discussion'.

  1. If you wish to delete the discussion, select 'Delete post and all comments'.

Note: This will close the discussion, and remove it from the workgroup permanently, along with any information contained within its comments.
