Configuring notification permissions

All users can adjust which triggers that they receive notifications for, as well as whether they receive notifications via email, in-registry, both, or not at all.

How to configure notification permissions

  1. Select 'My Profile' from your username dropdown.

  1. Select 'Notification Permissions'.

  1. Navigate to the following sections and toggle the applicable notification triggers as desired:

    • 'General Changes': Contains triggers for changes to items:

      • In your workgroup(s)

        • That you've tagged/favourited

        • That you can edit

    • 'Supersedes': Contains triggers for the superseding of items:

      • In your workgroup(s)

      • That you've tagged/favourited

      • That you can edit

    • 'New Items': Contains triggers for additions of new items to your workgroup(s)

    • 'Registrar': Contains triggers for Registrars regarding Registration Authority relevant:

      • Item:

        • Supersedes

        • Registers

        • Status changes

      • Review:

        • Requests created

        • Requested updated

        • Comments posted

    • 'Issues': Contains triggers for updates to issues attached to items:

      • In the user's workgroup(s)

      • That the user has tagged/favourited

      • That the user can edit

    • 'Discussions': Contains triggers for discussion posts and comments.

  1. Navigate to the 'Notification Methods' section, and select the methods you wish to be notified through.

  1. Select 'Save Changes' once satisfied.
