Using omnisearch to find registry content

Omnisearch can be used from any page of the registry save the homepage and the advanced search page to quickly locate content. Omnisearch makes use of an array of filters and links to maximise the ease and speed with which a user can find their content.
The omnisearch can only be used by users who are signed in to the Aristotle Metadata Registry. If you are not signed in, the search bar in the registry header will not display any filters or links.
Navigate to any page of the registry that is not the homepage or the advanced search page, and select the omnisearch from the registry header.
Notes:
If you are accessing omnisearch from a Stewardship Organization's page, the search will automatically filter to only show content from that Stewardship Organization
Pressing Alt+Q will select the omnisearch whenever it is available.
If you wish to access recent or popular content, browse the following sections as desired:
'Recently viewed metadata'
'Recent issues'
'Recent reviews'
'Search History'
'Popular'.
Note: If you type in the search field, these panels will change. When accessing recent or popular content, do not type in the search field.
If you wish to access more specific content, type a relevant search term into the search field, then adjust the left dropdown panel's filters as desired.
Notes:
The 'Type' filters are defined as follows:
'All': Searches for content of all types
'Issues & Discussion': Searches for issues and discussion posts
'Data': Searches for:

'Clear Filters' can be selected to revert all filters back to default (unfiltered).
Results will be displayed in the right dropdown panel. If your desired result has appeared, select it from here.
If you wish to continue searching, you can either select the magnifying glass on the right of the search field to search for your entered term(s) without filters, or you can select 'See More Results' to move your results with the relevant filters applied to the advanced search page.
Note: The omnisearch does not offer spelling suggestions until after a user has searched. If you are unsure how to spell the content you are searching for, be sure to press search to see results, rather than rely solely on the results dropdown panel.
